Many, but not all, of the tools provided are static builds, and should not have MSVC dependancies.
However, some may.
Notice for encode_wav.bat
Please note that qaac and qaac64 are wrappers around the iTunes encoder, and as such
will require iTunes to be installed, and likely for the same architecture (32-bit and 64-bit).
If you are unable or unwilling to install iTunes, you will need to seek your own alternative AAC
encoder, and update the batch file accordingly.
